The airplane that battles it out at the Reno Air Races reappears in 70-class. Real scale air racing like you never experienced before !

The same KELLEY that competes in the F1-class at the Reno Air Races has been reproduced of the first time as a 70-class R/C model. The giant scale air races that are hugely popular in the U.S. are making their way to Japan but in 70-class. The mostly pre-assembled structure features FRP fuselage with basic coloring complete, wheel pants, winglets and pre-covered balsa main and tail wings. The fully featured kit also includes fuel tank, linkage parts and tires leaving very little time and cost to get airborne. The KELLEY is the perfect entry point into the world of big scale air racing.

FRP fuselage complete with basic coloring and cowl produces stunningly realistic form. The slanted engine mount also contributes to the slim nose.

 

Features one-piece winglets, just like on real airplanes. Increases efficiency and prevents stalling for increased stability at low speed. Basic coloring completed on FRP structure.

 

Features huge FRP wheel pants that cover the legs to the tires. Increases aerodynamics for smooth flight. Also factory-finished and colored.

 

Unique one-piece vertical fin and main fuselage balance the upper and lower areas. Kit also includes wire linkage parts for rudder. Moving tail wheel gives free taxiing control.

 

Aileron servo is sunken for maximum aerodynamic effect. Features easy linkage setup.
