Weighing just 22g with a wing span of only 420mm, the MINIUM CITABRIA is engineered for slow flight speed so it can cruise through the air at a brisk walking pace. The CITABRIA joins the CESSNA as part of the groundbreaking MINIUM micro-scale airplane series, but with slightly larger wing area and increased lift for even slower flight capability complimented by a propeller specially adapted to the CITABRIA’s specifications. This enables a turning circle about 50cm smaller than the CESSNA. The fully-assembled fuselage features an innovative one-piece R/C unit comprising micro speed control amp, receiver and two linear stroke servos, complete with pre-set linkages. The 3-channel control system delivers excellent response through control of the elevator, rudder and motor. The safety and power of a Lithium Polymer battery provides the energy to a 6mm coreless motor and a gear reduction unit that produces plenty of torque and power for speed to fly loops etc. when required. Using the world standard ISM band with a 2.4GHz control system that automatically scans for open frequencies on the spectrum, control is safe from interference. Switch the transmitter on and it automatically scans a 79 wave spectrum and locks on to an open frequency with the receiver. This allows up to 26 MINIUM airplanes to be flown at the same time! Permanently fixed main wing requires no gluing. Struts included to recreate the scale form. Unique cambered wing produces stable flight performance and banking turns so the MINIUM seems to float on the air. (Picture shows No.10652RS-Y Yellow)

 

Main wing, vertical fin and tail wing are pre-fixed. Completely assembled with control surfaces installed. Linkages are also pre-set so simply charge the Li-Po battery to complete flight preparation. (Picture shows No.10652RS-Y Yellow)

 

Set the fuselage on the stand with built-in battery charger that not only creates a realistic display, but charges the battery at the same time. The battery charger component can also be detached from the stand.

 

Includes newly developed high-frequency 2.4GHz R/C system using international ISM standard. Automatically scans from a 79 wave spectrum and selects an open frequency for the most stable and safe control possible. Allows up to 26 airplanes to be flown at the same time.

 

The transmitter ID registers with the receiver to prevent interference for safer flying control. Digital trims with 10-stage audible trim tones operate for all control inputs.

 

Feature-packed fully assembled set includes 2.4GHz 3-channel transmitter, airplane stand with built-in quick battery charger and special lithium polymer battery pack.

 

Connect the included lithium polymer battery pack to the combined battery charger / airplane stand to start charge cycle. Charging automatically finishes in about 20 minutes. *Charger requires four AA-size alkaline batteries. *Charging times may vary according to conditions.

 

Equipped with two linear stroke micro servos and 6mm motor with gear reduction unit. Latest technology promises stable flight. *Pictures shows product in disassembled state. Do not modify or disassemble as this can result in damage of accident.

 

Product lineup includes red and yellow versions. CITABRIA’s form realized in minute detail. Automatic frequency setting system allows up to 26 airplanes to be flown at the same time.

Battery charges in about 20 minutes and LED goes out to indicate charging is complete. **Charging time may vary depending on certain conditions.
  • Super lightweight design with styrene tires realizes ultra slow flight control.
  • Slow flight capability allows flight times of about 15 minutes with a fully charged battery.
